The Project Manager will oversee commercial retail projects, primarily bank builds and renovations, typically ranging from $3M-$10M. The firm specializes in ground‑up and interior retail construction, with a core focus on financial institution projects. Known for its consistent backlog and repeat clients, the company offers a stable, fast‑paced environment where Project Managers have real ownership over their work.DescriptionManage projects from preconstruction through closeout.Develop and manage project schedules and budgets.Perform or assist with estimating and bid preparation.Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.Lead client communication and maintain strong relationships.Track project costs, changes, and financial performance.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.Oversee multiple smaller projects simultaneously as required.ProfileA successful Commercial Construction Project Manager should have:5-8 years of Project Management experience in commercial construction.Proven experience managing smaller to mid‑sized projects ($3M-$10M).Experience with bank/retail projects strongly preferred.Ability to manage scheduling and estimating responsibilities.Demonstrated job stability (3+ years tenure in prior roles preferred).Strong organizational and communication skills.Local to the Charlotte, NC market.Job OfferCompetitive annual salary ranging from USD 120.000 to USD 130.000.Vehicle Allowance: $400/month (tolls and parking reimbursed)Healthcare: 80% employer‑paid medical, dental, and visionPTO: 3 weeks401(k): Eligible after 1 year
