Traveling Construction Superintendent | Retail & Commercial

I’m partnering with an established national General Contractor looking to add an experienced Traveling Superintendent to their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys fast-paced, high-end projects and wants to work with recognizable luxury and national retail brands across the country.

What they’re looking for:

5+ years of commercial construction Superintendent experience
Strong background in luxury retail, high-end retail, tenant improvement, or national retail construction
Experience running projects from preconstruction/mobilization through turnover
Ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, quality, safety, and day-to-day field operations
Comfortable traveling nationwide for projects
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Experience with occupied spaces, malls, flagship stores, or fast-track buildouts is a plus
