Job DetailsQualifications:5+ years of commercial construction experience, including direct experience with a commercial general contractorPrevious superintendent or project lead experience strongly preferredFour-year degree in construction, engineering, or business strongly preferred (equivalent work experience accepted in lieu of degree)Proven experience with tenant renovations, occupied spaces, fast-paced projects, weekend work, or service work is a plusMastery of building processes, best practices, and the ability to organize people, tools, and time to meet tight deadlinesStrong ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writingOSHA 30 Certification preferredPhysically able to walk/stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbsProficiency with construction software systems including Microsoft Office (Project, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), ProCore, Adobe, and BlueBeamInterested in hearing more?
