We are seeking a motivated construction superintendent to lead commercial construction projects in the Tulsa market. You will be responsible for leading the project on site and working closely with the Project Manager from start to finish..

Description
- Lead all on-site construction activities from sitework through finish-out and turnover.
- Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety meetings and inspections.
- Maintain the master construction schedule and coordinate subcontractor work sequencing.
- Review and interpret plans, specifications, and shop drawings.
- Conduct daily site walks to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with project requirements.
- Manage site logistics including deliveries, equipment, laydown areas, and traffic control.
- Maintain accurate daily reports, photos, manpower logs, and field documentation.
- Work closely with the Project Manager on schedule, budget, RFIs, and change management.
- Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for subcontractors, inspectors, and project stakeholders.
- Identify field issues proactively and implement solutions that minimize delays or impacts.

Profile
A successful construction professional should have:
- 5-10+ years of field supervision experience, including ground-up multifamily or large commercial builds.
- Proven ability to manage large subcontractor teams and complex jobsite logistics.
- Proejct Experience of $10M+
- Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict‑resolution skills.
- Deep commitment to jobsite safety and quality control.
- Proficient with construction technology such as Procore, Bluebeam, or equivalent field apps.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, schedules, and specifications with a high level of accuracy.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
