Lead Landmark Multifamily Projects

Job Description
Supervise daily construction activities to ensure quality and compliance with project specifications. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to maintain schedules and budgets. Monitor job site safety and enforce compliance with safety regulations. Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to guide project execution. Conduct regular progress meetings and provide updates to stakeholders. Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays. Ensure proper documentation of project progress and changes. Inspect completed work to verify compliance with quality standards.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Commercial Construction Superintendent should have: 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a General Contractor Multifamily construction experience required Experience with large-scale ground-up projects Strong scheduling and subcontractor management skills Excellent leadership and communication abilities OSHA certification preferred
