What You'll Do:

Lead field operations on projects ranging from $100K-$15MM.
Oversee day-to-day jobsite activities, scheduling, and safety.
Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and the project team.
Coach field staff and ensure quality, safety, and productivity.
Maintain clean, organized, and efficient worksites.

What We're Looking For:

Proven field or supervisory experience in commercial construction.
Strong knowledge of construction methods and codes.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on ability and familiarity with layout/survey work.
Computer proficiency and valid driver's license.
