We are currently looking for a Commercial Construction Superintendent to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. As a key member of our leadership team, you will ensure that projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Daily Operations: Oversee daily on-site activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Coordinate Teams: Lead and work closely with subcontractors, tradespeople, and construction teams to maintain smooth operations.
Ensure Compliance: Regularly inspect work to ensure compliance with plans, architectural designs, and engineering specifications.
Safety First: Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all on-site personnel.
Troubleshoot Issues: Address on-site problems promptly and effectively to keep projects on track.
Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records, including reports, equipment logs, and personnel records to track project progress.

Qualifications:

Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar role within commercial construction.
Skills: Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management, and construction materials.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams while maintaining clear communication.
Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
Safety Knowledge: Familiarity with industry safety regulations and best practices.
