Title: Commercial Customer Service Intern
Location: McIntosh, AL
Salary: $25.00 / hour for undergraduate students; $33.00 / hour for graduate students
Focus: The Commercial Customer Service Intern supports the customer service team through order management, quality notifications, customer analysis, and routine order activities.
What You'll Do:
- Perform order management activities, including routine customer order activities and order entry
- Report order visibility and blocked orders review to ensure timely delivery and invoicing on shipped products
- Enter quality notifications to capture service failures
- Retrieve customer output documents
- Evaluate and analyze key performance metrics
What You'll Bring:
- Enrolled at an accredited college or university majoring in an undergraduate or graduate Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related degree program (or pending enrollment in a Master's program in one of these disciplines)
- Must have an overall grade point average of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale at all times throughout your time at Olin. An official transcript will be required each term. Cumulative GPA on current institution transcript will be used in transfer college situations.
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) for the rotation or continuously throughout the year (can be part-time while taking classes)
