This role blends driver dispatch coordination with regulatory compliance, playing a key role in safe, efficient commercial vehicle operations.What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate daily dispatching of commercial drivers and equipment to meet operational needs
• Serve as a primary point of contact for drivers, field teams, and leadership regarding schedules, routes, and assignments
• Monitor driver availability, equipment readiness, and scheduling efficiency
• Maintain driver qualification files and ensure all compliance documentation is current
• Oversee TxDOT, DOT, and FMCSA compliance, including CDL licensing, medical cards, and renewals
• Track and manage expirations for licenses, certifications, registrations, and related records
• Support driver onboarding, orientation, and compliance training
• Assist with accident documentation, incident reporting, and follow-up actions
• Prepare for audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews; identify and report compliance gaps

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma required; associate degree or related coursework preferred
• Experience in commercial driver dispatching, fleet operations, or DOT compliance
• Working knowledge of TxDOT, DOT, and FMCSA regulations
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fleet/compliance systems
• Experience maintaining driver qualification files preferred
• Bilingual skills a plus
