Job Description

Experience: 5+ Years of Project Manager/Estimator Experience in Drywall

Responsibilities:

Conduct accurate and thorough project estimations for drywall projects
Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers
Analyze and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Prepare comprehensive bids, ensuring competitiveness and profitability
Stay updated on industry trends, costs, and materials

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a Project Manager/Estimator in drywall
Proficient in estimating software and tools
Strong knowledge of drywall construction processes
Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills
Effective communication and negotiation abilities
Ability to manage multiple estimates concurrently
