Commercial Field Technician – Experienced Low-Slope Roofer

Boone Brothers Roofing – Olathe, KS

Boone Brothers Roofing is hiring Commercial Field Technicians with 5+ years of experience in commercial flat roofing systems. We are a family-owned company known for quality, integrity, and safety - proudly serving Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Iowa, and South Dakota for decades.

As a Commercial Field Technician, you'll play a key role in installing, repairing, and detailing large-scale commercial roofs. You'll work hands-on in the field alongside skilled professionals who take pride in their craftsmanship and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain TPO, PVC, and EPDM roof systems
Operate Leister welders for clean, watertight seams
Flash walls, curbs, inside/outside corners, and penetrations with precision
Safely apply LVOC Cav-Grip adhesives and related materials
Collaborate with foremen and teammates to meet project goals
Maintain Boone Brothers' Safety-First culture on every job site

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of commercial flat roofing experience
Proficient in roof detailing, flashing, and membrane installation
Experience operating Leister welders and related tools
OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred
Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
