We're looking for a Commercial Flooring Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys juggling schedules, materials, and conversations - all while helping bring beautiful flooring projects to life! In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring our commercial flooring jobs are completed efficiently, on time, and with top-notch quality. What You'll Be Doing:

Acting as the central hub for project coordination - making sure installers, vendors, and clients all stay in sync
Scheduling commercial flooring installations and services, and ensuring all moving parts are aligned
Communicating with vendors to order and track materials, confirm delivery dates, and resolve hiccups along the way
Updating job tracking systems to reflect real-time progress on active projects
Providing top-tier customer service by addressing concerns quickly and professionally - during and after installation
Helping ensure project sites are set up for success, including compliance with safety and company standards
Managing post-installation support like warranty follow-ups and service tickets
Pitching in wherever needed to keep the team running like a well-oiled (and well-floored) machine!

What You Bring to the Table:

A high school diploma or equivalent (bonus points for a college degree)
2+ years of experience in a similar role - construction, flooring, or project coordination preferred
Excellent communication skills and a knack for keeping everyone in the loop
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask like a pro
Tech-savviness - you're comfortable using Microsoft Office, and learning project management software won't scare you
A collaborative spirit and a positive, solutions-focused attitude
