Executive Talent Partner – Food & Beverage Solutions (Commercial Hiring)
Location: US – flexible / regional focus
Role
Solenis is seeking a commercially credible, highly connected industry professional to lead strategic talent acquisition for our Food & Beverage Solutions business.
This is a commercially aligned role embedded within the business, requiring strong credibility with sales and account leadership teams. The role is designed for someone who understands the food and beverage processing market and can leverage industry relationships to attract high-performing commercial talent.
The ideal candidate brings experience in commercial sales, account management, or specialized industry recruiting, with a strong understanding of the food and beverage, sanitation, hygiene, or specialty chemicals landscape.
This is not a traditional HR or high-volume recruiting role — success in this position depends on industry credibility, network strength, and the ability to engage passive commercial talent in a highly relationship-driven market.
You will operate as a trusted partner to commercial leadership, directly influencing hiring decisions and supporting growth across key customer segments and regions.
Responsibilities
Serve as the dedicated talent partner to Food & Beverage Solutions commercial leadership
Develop and execute talent strategies aligned to customer segments, territory expansion, and strategic growth initiatives
Build and activate pipelines to support immediate and future hiring needs across key accounts and regions
Leverage existing industry relationships to proactively identify and engage high-performing commercial professionals within food and beverage manufacturing
Build and maintain talent maps across competitors, adjacent specialty chemical providers, and relevant service partners
Assess candidates for commercial acumen, consultative selling capability, technical credibility, regulatory awareness, and cultural alignment
Provide market intelligence on compensation trends, competitor hiring activity, and talent availability within the F&B commercial space
Partner closely with HR, Talent Acquisition operations, and leadership to ensure a seamless, high-quality hiring process
Build long-term talent pipelines that support multi-year growth objectives across key accounts and regions
Requirements
7+ years of commercial sales, business development, account management, or specialized recruiting within food & beverage, specialty chemicals, or related industries
Demonstrated depth of professional network within the food and beverage commercial community
Strong understanding of F&B production environments, plant-level decision-making, and consultative sales cycles
Ability to build credibility quickly with senior sales leaders and key account stakeholders
High level of business acumen and ability to evaluate commercial performance drivers in a complex, regulated environment
Proactive, relationship-driven approach to engaging passive talent
Comfort operating in a role that blends strategic market engagement with disciplined hiring execution
