This Commercial HVAC & Refrigeration Service Technician opportunity is based in Paducah, KY, serving Western Kentucky, and offers the chance to work with a respected organization known for its strong culture, faith-based leadership, excellent earning potential, and commitment to supporting technicians in the field.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial HVAC & Refrigeration Service Technician position include:

Kentucky Journeyman HVAC License required
Valid driver's license required
Minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC and refrigeration service experience
EPA Certification preferred but not required
Perform commercial HVAC service, repair, troubleshooting, and diagnostics
Service and repair commercial refrigeration systems and equipment
Complete preventive maintenance and assist with installation projects as needed
Participate in an on-call rotation and travel to customer sites throughout the service area

Salary: $30 - $36 an hour, plus bonus and commission OTE $90,000 - $110,000+, commensurate with experience.

Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including 1 week of paid vacation, 6 paid holidays, a total of 11 paid days off annually, health insurance with 50% of the employee-only premium paid by the employer, a 401(k) with up to a 3.5% company match, corporate golf membership access, overtime opportunities, lead generation bonuses, revenue and sales incentives, and Christmas and performance-based bonuses.
