Training and Development
We understand that no technician knows every piece of equipment or every system. We are willing to invest in technicians who possess strong fundamentals, a good work ethic, and a desire to continue developing their skills.
We provide opportunities for continued development through factory and manufacturer training, technical schools, mentoring, and exposure to increasingly complex commercial and industrial equipment.
Our responsibility is to provide our technicians with the tools, training, resources, and support necessary to be successful. In return, we expect our technicians to use those resources, continue developing their technical abilities, take ownership of their professional growth, and share their knowledge with the team.
Team Expectations
Technical ability is important, but the way we work together is equally important.
We are building a service team where technicians support one another, share knowledge, communicate, and take care of each other. When another technician needs assistance, we expect our people to answer the call. When someone has knowledge that can make the team better, we expect them to share it.
We value professionalism, accountability, a strong work ethic, and technicians who take pride in both their craft and the company they represent. We want people who take care of the customer, take care of their teammates, and leave the equipment and facility better than they found it.
We can help teach a skill set. We can provide factory schools, technical training, tools, and opportunities. What we need in return is someone willing to take advantage of those opportunities and use them to become a leader in their trade and a leader within the team.
