Commercial HVAC Design-Build Sales RepresentativeCrystal Heating and CoolingServing the Greater St. Louis Area, SEMO, and surrounding communities
Compensation: Base salary plus commission, with total earning potential based on experience and performance
Schedule: Monday through Friday, with occasional evenings or weekends based on customer and project needs
Work Location: In-office daily with local travel to contractors, customers, and job sites as needed

The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Design-Build Sales Representative to develop and sell commercial HVAC solutions from initial concept through project handoff.This is not an entry-level HVAC sales position. You will work directly with contractors, building owners, and other project stakeholders to understand their needs, evaluate project requirements, develop HVAC solutions, prepare estimates, and turn opportunities into profitable projects.The right candidate understands commercial HVAC systems and is comfortable combining technical knowledge with relationship-driven sales.What You'll DoBuild relationships with general contractors, building owners, and commercial customers
Identify and pursue new design-build HVAC opportunities
Meet with contractors and customers to evaluate project needs
Review drawings, specifications, building requirements, and project scopes
Develop HVAC system concepts and project solutions
Prepare estimates, proposals, and pricing for commercial projects
Coordinate equipment, material, labor, and subcontractor pricing
Present solutions and proposals to customers
Negotiate project scope and pricing
Work with project management and operations teams during project turnover
Maintain an active pipeline of commercial opportunities
What You Bring2 or more years of commercial HVAC sales, estimating, design-build, or related experience
Strong working knowledge of commercial HVAC systems
Experience reading construction drawings, plans, and specifications
Ability to develop estimates and project proposals
Strong customer-facing and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple opportunities and projects simultaneously
Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
Ability to work in-office daily and travel locally as needed
Relevant industry experience is more important to us than specific certifications.
