Commercial HVAC Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Estimator to join a growing mechanical construction team. This position is ideal for a motivated professional with experience estimating commercial HVAC projects who is looking for long-term career growth and the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging projects.

Responsibilities

Prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial HVAC projects.
Review project plans, specifications, and bid documents.
Perform quantity takeoffs and material pricing.
Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor proposals.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and operations teams.
Participate in bid reviews and project handoffs.

Qualifications

3–5+ years of commercial HVAC estimating experience.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings.
Knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and equipment.
Experience with estimating software is preferred.
Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills.
