Job Description
TradeWorX is hiring a Commercial HVAC Estimator for a direct hire opportunity supporting design/build commercial projects. This role is ideal for someone who wants to take ownership of preconstruction efforts and play a key role in delivering accurate, competitive bids on active commercial work.Benefits & PTO

- Overtime details to be confirmed
- Review project plans, specifications, and proposals to prepare accurate HVAC estimates
- Perform take-offs, labor and material calculations, and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing
- Analyze blueprints and specs to determine scope, design intent, and project challenges
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and vendors to align estimates with budgets
- Attend preconstruction meetings and site visits to assess field conditions
- 3+ years of HVAC estimating experience in commercial construction
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, codes, and commercial building practices
- Design/build experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and scope documents
- Experience with estimating software and Microsoft Office;CAD/Revit is a plus
