Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial HVAC Estimator/Project Coordinator position include:

5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC estimating
Experience with digital onscreen take-off systems
Viewpoint software experience preferred (other estimating software is acceptable)
Strong understanding of HVAC design principles and systems
Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and project specifications
Prepare accurate bids, proposals, and cost budgets for HVAC projects
Conduct site walks and attend project meetings for coordination
Contact vendors/subcontractors for pricing and develop RFI's and change orders
Maintain and grow relationships with GC’s and other industry professionals

Salary: $60,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including medical insurance, life insurance, and paid time off (5 vacation days, 6 sick days in the first year, totaling 11 days).
