Job Description

TRYG Group LLC | Lakewood, CO

We have designed our service offerings to fit the needs of building owners, property management companies, operating engineers, and engineering firms in the Denver Metro and surrounding areas. Providing service and installation for HVAC mechanical systems and building automation systems. Working in commercial offices, light industrial, hotel & hospitality, health care and critical facility operations.

Commercial HVAC Install| $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Work Hours: Monday through Friday | 40 hours

What You Will Be Doing:

Installation startup of commercial and light industrial HVAC equipment in line with job requirements and technical standards
Install gas lines, and refrigerant piping, duct systems, sheet metal components, and related mechanical piping
Perform brazing and soldering tasks for HVAC system assembly and repair
Troubleshoot installation or commissioning issues during system startup and testing
Keep detailed records of project activities, including progress updates, reports, and daily field documentation
Remain informed on current HVAC methods, tools, and industry advancements to improve installation quality and efficiency

What We Are Looking for:

Construction and/or HVAC install experience - Desired
Universal EPA certification (upon hire/within 90 days of hire)
Able to occasionally lift or carry 51-100 lbs. with a team lift
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in varied environmental conditions and at heights
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
High school diploma or equivalent
Technical degree or certification in HVAC or related field preferred

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
