We are currently hiring a Commercial HVAC Installer to join our professional team. This role requires a high level of craftsmanship, professionalism, and the ability to work efficiently on a wide range of commercial installation projects. Pay Range: $30.00 to $42.00 per hour, depending on experience and credentials
Position Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC installation
- High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- EPA Universal Certification (preferred)
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
- Experience with ductwork, rooftop units, split systems, and other commercial HVAC equipment

- Problem-Solving: Confidently troubleshoot challenges during installs and come up with reliable solutions.
- Physical Capability: Lift and maneuver heavy equipment, work in tight spaces, and stand for extended periods.
- Time Management: Keep projects on schedule and organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Team Player: Work closely with field supervisors, service technicians, and apprentices to deliver top-notch installations.
