Job Description

EXPERIENCED COMMERCIAL HVAC INSTALLERCompany: Esser Plumbing and Heating, Inc.Location: Perham, 542 W Main, Perham, MN 56573Pay Range: $24–$34 per hour (Higher based on experience)Schedule: 6:30 am – 5:00 pm Monday through Thursday, with some Fridays requiredEsser Plumbing & Heating is hiring an experienced Commercial HVAC Installer to work on commercial and industrial projects. If you take pride in quality workmanship and can lead or support a crew from start to finish, we want to meet you.What You’ll Do

Install commercial HVAC systems to code and manufacturer specs
Read blueprints and schematics
Troubleshoot installation issues
Work with contractors and team members to meet deadlines
Maintain job documentation
Train apprentices and run jobs based on experience

Qualifications

3+ years HVAC installation experience (5+ preferred)
Commercial/industrial experience strongly preferred
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
HVAC training/apprenticeship preferred
Strong work ethic, communication, and leadership skills
