Now Hiring: Commercial HVAC Lead Installers – Lead the Way on Commercial Projects

Commercial HVAC Lead Installer

We're looking for experienced Commercial HVAC Lead Installers to oversee installation crews while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead commercial HVAC installation crews.
  • Coordinate daily field activities.
  • Ensure quality workmanship.
  • Train and mentor installers.
  • Maintain safety compliance.
  • Communicate with project management.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of commercial HVAC installation experience, including leadership responsibilities.
  • Ability to read blueprints.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • OSHA knowledge preferred.
