$80,000 Base Salary + Commission

Are you an experienced Commercial HVAC sales professional who knows how to build relationships, identify opportunities, and help customers solve complex facility and mechanical challenges?

What You'll Do

  • Develop and grow commercial HVAC maintenance agreement accounts with property managers, facility directors, building owners, and other key decision-makers
  • Prospect and generate new maintenance agreement opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and relationship-building activities
  • Conduct facility walkthroughs and equipment assessments to identify preventive maintenance needs and recommend service solutions
  • Prepare and present maintenance agreement proposals tailored to each customer's facility, equipment, and operational goals
  • Renew and expand existing maintenance agreements by identifying opportunities to add locations, equipment coverage, and value-added services
  • Build long-term customer relationships through regular account visits, performance reviews, and proactive communication
  • Work closely with service managers and technicians to ensure maintenance agreements are executed successfully and customer expectations are exceeded
  • Identify additional opportunities for repairs, upgrades, indoor air quality solutions, controls, and equipment replacement projects generated through maintenance accounts
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and proposal development through contract execution and account handoff
  • Maintain accurate customer, pipeline, and sales activity records within the CRM system
  • Represent the company professionally while serving as a trusted advisor to commercial customers

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of commercial HVAC maintenance sales, account management, or business development experience
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems and mechanical equipment
  • Experience selling service agreements, equipment replacements, retrofit projects, maintenance programs, or capital improvement projects preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with facility managers, property managers, engineers, and business owners
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage a sales pipeline independently
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Professional presentation and communication skills
