About the Position:
Hiring for a Project Manager, responsible for leadership and financial performance for assigned projects, focusing on mechanical, piping, and HVAC systems associated with commercial and industrial facilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a construction related field or equivalent work experience in the mechanical construction industry.
- 5+ years of prior experience as a Project Manager, for a commercial mechanical construction contractor, running their own projects.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local building codes and construction laws.
