Pay Range: Competitive hourly rate plus incentives, with total compensation based on experience, tenure, and performance.

Schedule: Monday- Friday, with potential for on-call rotations or occasional weekend work based on customer needs.

About the Role:

We're seeking experienced Commercial Kitchen Service Technicians who are well-versed in both cold-side and hot-side equipment. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who enjoys troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining kitchen systems for restaurants, commercial kitchens, and foodservice clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair commercial kitchen equipment including refrigeration units, ovens, fryers, grills, and ice machines
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance
Maintain accurate service records and communicate clearly with dispatch and customers
Ensure equipment meets safety and operational standards
Stay current with manufacturer training and certifications
Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of experience servicing commercial kitchen equipment (cold and/or hot side)
Knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment is a plus
Strong technical troubleshooting and repair skills
EPA Universal Certification preferred
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
