Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVACR Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC-R systems for commercial properties. You’ll work on a variety of projects, ensuring comfort and efficiency for our clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions
- Ensure all systems meet safety and quality standards
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on HVAC-R systems
- Communicate with clients about system status and needed repairs
- Complete service reports and maintain accurate records
- Work efficiently and independently, managing time effectively
- Participate in monthly team events and ongoing training

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HVAC-R technician, preferably in commercial settings
- Strong knowledge of HVAC-R systems, components, and controls
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex system issues
- Relevant certifications (EPA, NATE, or similar) are a plus
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
