Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician

Pay: $30-50/hour | Full‑Time

As a Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician, you will:
- Perform service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and recommend solutions
- Complete work efficiently while maintaining high quality and safety standards
- Communicate professionally with customers and represent the company with integrity
- Work independently while collaborating with a supportive team

- Lewiston
- Biddeford
- Mechanic Falls
- Augusta
- Portland
- Brunswick
*Augusta, Portland, and Brunswick technicians are dispatched from home.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of documented experience in commercial HVAC/R service, 5 years of experienced is preferred
- Propane/Natural Gas Basic License (Maine or New Hampshire)
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
