Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician

Location: Tulsa, OK

Triad Service Co is a local, family-owned Tulsa HVAC company serving residential and commercial customers since 2000, built on craftsmanship, customer care, and doing the job right. We're known for being reliable, responsive, and available when customers need us most.

We're hiring a commercial service technician who can confidently diagnose, repair, and recommend solutions for commercial HVAC and light commercial refrigeration. This is a service/diagnostics role (not install-focused). You'll run calls in the Tulsa area with a company vehicle and join a rotating on-call schedule.

Key responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC and light commercial refrigeration systems
Service RTUs, walk-ins, reach-ins, ice machines, and restaurant-style refrigeration equipment
Communicate clearly with customers and the office (findings, options, recommendations)
Complete service documentation and maintain a high-quality standard
Participate in rotating on-call (currently ~1 night/week + ~1 weekend/month)

Qualifications:

4 to 5 or more years of commercial HVAC + refrigeration service experience (diagnostics/repair)
Journeyman license required
Valid driver's license + good driving record (MVR)
Must be located within ~30 minutes of Tulsa (on-call requirement)
Strong customer communication + "heads-down, get-it-done" work ethic
Note: "Grocery store refrigeration only" experience is not the right fit for this role

Pay and benefits:

Full-time, W-2 Employment
Pay: $35 to $40per hour, depending on experience
Company vehicle provided
Health insurance, including medical, dental, and vision
Simple IRA with 100% match up to 3%
Quarterly bonus program (target up to ~5% of quarterly salary)
PTO starts after year one and grows over time (up to 6 weeks)
$400 tool allowance after year one (techs bring hand tools + gauges)
