Job Description

Wilson's Refrigeration & Air (Wilson's Comfort Division) has proudly served the Midlands for nearly three decades. Our commitment to exceptional customer satisfaction has earned us a reputation as one of the most trusted local heating and cooling companies in the area.

We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Service Technician with strong experience in commercial refrigeration to join our team immediately.

On-Call Incentives: Technicians who work on-call weekends receive an additional on-call bonus.

Work times: 8:00 am- 5:00 pm; Monday- Friday, some evenings and weekends as needed; on-call rotation required

Pay Range: $30+ per hour base pay, depending on experience + Spiffs

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of hands-on HVAC field service experience
2+ years of proven commercial refrigeration experience
Universal EPA certification
Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
Ability to diagnose, repair, and make sound replacement decisions
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
NATE Certification is a plus
