What You'll Be DoingAs a Commercial Service Technician, you'll be trusted to take ownership of your calls and deliver quality solutions from diagnosis through completion. Your day-to-day work will include:Troubleshooting and repairing commercial HVAC systems and equipment
Diagnosing electrical and mechanical issues
Explaining findings, repair options, and recommendations to customers
Delivering professional and respectful customer service
Recording service information accurately in company software
Recognizing potential needs for maintenance plans, IAQ products, and equipment replacement
Keeping your service vehicle clean, organized, and properly stocked
What You BringAt least 3 years of HVAC service experienceEPA Universal CertificationValid driver's license and insurable driving history
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
Solid understanding of electrical systems
Ability to determine and explain repair-versus-replacement options
Comfortable reading wiring diagrams and schematics
Able to manage your workload independently and stay organized
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.Additional Experience We ValueExperience in any of the following is a plus:Commercial HVAC troubleshooting
Air balancing
Scissor lift operation
Trade school training or industry certifications
Working across multiple HVAC system types
Mentoring or assisting less-experienced technicians
