Job DetailsWe are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to join our dynamic team in Phoenix, AZ. In this pivotal role, you will oversee our HVAC service operations, managing a team of skilled technicians to ensure the highest quality of service for our clients. You will play a critical role in driving operational efficiency, enhancing customer satisfaction, and achieving business goals. • Monitor service performance metrics and KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Coordinate and manage service contracts, warranties, and parts inventory to ensure operational excellence.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with sales and installation teams to ensure seamless transitions and communication between departments.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC service management or a similar role.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of commercial and industrial HVAC systems, equipment, and service operations.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of skilled technicians.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients and team members effectively.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on improving service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
