Job Description

We are looking for a Service Sales Professional with a track record of developing new commercial HVAC, retrofit, and replacement business. You’ll join a team providing full service HVAC and refrigeration maintenance, warranty work, controls upgrades, and planned maintenance agreements to healthcare, commercial, institutional, and industrial customers.

You Will Be Responsible For

Prospecting and closing new commercial service clients
Selling preventative maintenance, controls upgrades, retrofits, and equipment replacements
Building and managing a pipeline of service contracts and lead gen opportunities
Maintaining strong client engagement with facility managers and owners
Coordinating with operations to ensure service delivery

Qualifications

Commercial HVAC or mechanical service sales experience
Proven ability to generate new business and close deals
Relationship-building and negotiation skills
Strong professional presentation and CRM discipline
