Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems in accordance with company standards and local building codes. The ideal candidate will have strong diagnostic skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems including RTUs, chillers, boilers, VAV systems, and split systems.

• Perform preventative maintenance tasks as scheduled.

• Use tools such as multimeters, refrigerant gauges, and leak detectors to test and troubleshoot systems.

• Complete work orders and service reports using field management software.

• Maintain clear and professional communication with dispatch, customers, and internal staff.

• Follow OSHA and company safety protocols at all times.

• Maintain company vehicle and equipment in a clean and professional manner.

Qualifications:

Preferred Experience:

• Working knowledge of BMS/BAS systems

• Refrigeration or low-temp system repair experience

• NATE certification is a plus

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds

• Comfortable working in tight or elevated spaces

• Ability to work in varying weather conditions
