Join a locally owned, tight-knit mechanical contracting company in Morgantown, WV that values craftsmanship, employee satisfaction, and long-term growth! We're seeking a Commercial HVAC Service Technician to support a well-established team of professionals serving the North Central West Virginia region. With over two decades in business, this company is a subsidiary of the largest general contractor in West Virginia and still retains its small-business feel—complete with unique perks like an annual company fishing trip!

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial HVAC Service Technician position include:

Minimum 2 years of commercial HVAC service experience (5 years preferred)
EPA Certification required
Primarily focused on service and maintenance, with some installation duties
Work on commercial systems (minimal industrial and residential work)
Must be comfortable traveling within a 45-minute radius of Morgantown (occasional 2-hour travel)
Monday–Friday schedule, 8 AM–5 PM, with on-call rotation every 4–5 weeks
Must pass a background check and drug screening
Company vehicle dispatched from home for service calls

Salary: $25.00 - $36.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
