Description

The Commercial HVAC Service Technician position in Fall City, WA is an exciting opportunity to join a stable, well-established HVAC contractor with decades of consistent ownership, a strong Puget Sound customer base, and a reputation for quality service. This service-only role is perfect for a skilled technician who wants home dispatch, a company vehicle, steady overtime potential, and the chance to work on high-end medical, senior living, high-tech, and light commercial facilities.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial HVAC Service Technician position include:

Several years of commercial HVAC service experience with strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Universal EPA Certification required and controls experience preferred.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, ability to pass a drug test and background check, and ability to verify U.S. citizenship when required for facility access.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair light-to-medium commercial HVAC equipment, including systems up to 100 tons.
Complete multiple service calls per day, identify equipment failures, order parts, and coordinate return visits as needed.
Complete electronic service reports using company-issued technology while maintaining professional communication with customers.
Participate in required overtime, weekend work as needed, and a 24/7 on-call rotation approximately every 6–7 weeks.
Work in a service-only role with no installation responsibilities and no chiller experience required.
Washington State 06A Electrical License is a plus

Salary: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
