Responsibilities:As a Permanent Commercial HVAC Service Technician, you'll be entrusted with a diverse range of responsibilities, including:

1. Installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC systems to ensure they are operating efficiently and effectively.
2. Conducting comprehensive troubleshooting of HVAC systems to identify and rectify any issues or malfunctions.
3. Regularly inspecting HVAC systems and their components (e.g., heat exchangers, diffusers, etc.) to ensure optimal performance.
4. Providing expert advice and recommendations to clients regarding the best HVAC systems to meet their specific needs and requirements.
5. Collaborating with other construction professionals to ensure HVAC systems are integrated seamlessly into overall project plans.
6. Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
7. Keeping up-to-date with the latest HVAC technologies and trends to provide the most efficient and innovative solutions to our clients.

Qualifications:To be considered for this exciting role, you'll need to meet the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 3+ years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician in the commercial sector.
2. Proven experience in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting HVAC systems.
3. A solid understanding of HVAC best practices and safety protocols.
4. Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a knack for identifying and rectifying issues quickly and efficiently.
5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex HVAC issues in a clear and understandable manner.
6. A team player mentality, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other construction professionals.
7. A commitment to ongoing professional development and learning, with a desire to stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies and trends.
