Job DetailsCommercial HVAC Service TechnicianAbout the Opportunity: Currently seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician for an established mechanical contractor that specializes in commercial HVAC service, retrofit, and maintenance projects across office, healthcare, education, industrial, and specialty facilities. In this position, you will independently diagnose, repair, and maintain complex HVAC systems while delivering top-tier service to clients in the Greenville, South Carolina market and surrounding cities ________________________________________What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial HVAC equipment
• Service rooftop units, split systems, chillers, boilers, heat pumps, VAV systems, and related controls
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Start-up and commission new equipment as needed
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings
• Communicate findings and repair recommendations clearly with customers
• Complete service documentation accurately and on time
• Maintain a safe and professional jobsite at all times

________________________________________Preferred Requirements:

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC service experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills (electrical & mechanical)
• Experience working on RTUs, boilers, chillers, VRF/VRV systems preferred
• EPA Certification (required)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Controls/BAS familiarity is a plus
