Join Our Team as a Commercial HVAC Service Technician at Progressive Mechanical Services! Progressive Mechanical Services, a family-owned HVAC/R company established in 2017, is looking for a dependable Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team.
In this hands-on role, you'll perform service and maintenance on commercial HVAC systems, troubleshoot complex issues, provide excellent customer service, and ensure every job meets our high standards for safety, efficiency, and quality.
Pay Range: $45.00 - 52.00 hourly + bonus opportunities

Position: Commercial HVAC Service Technician
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 - 4:30pm with minimal on-call requirements
Your Role as a Commercial HVAC Service Technician
- Perform maintenance, service, and repairs on commercial HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, chillers, and air conditioning)
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and provide effective solutions
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, invoices, and work orders
- Ensure all work is performed safely and complies with company protocols
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally
What We're Looking For:
- 5 years or more in commercial HVAC service required
- EPA certification required
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems
- Refrigeration experience is highly desired but not required
- Highly organized with attention to detail in scheduling, work orders, and documentation
- Commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency on every job
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Specialty experience in chillers or refrigeration is highly valued
