From heating and cooling to dehumidification, ventilation, and environmental control equipment, your work ensures our equipment is safe, reliable, and always customer-ready-both in the shop and at customer sites. Why Join Us Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM (scheduled on-call rotations) with overtime opportunities Comprehensive benefits after 60 days, including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k) with company match Tuition and certification reimbursement plus ongoing technical training Clear career advancement paths in a rapidly growing company Employee referral bonus program A culture built on safety, teamwork, and customer satisfaction What You'll Do Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC rental equipment in the shop and on customer job sites Accurately diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints Provide hands-on customer support and basic equipment operation training Document service work thoroughly using modern service management systems Travel to customer sites and support seasonal overtime demands Maintain a strong safety focus on the road, in the shop, and at customer locations What You'll Bring 3+ years of technical experience in HVAC, equipment service, field maintenance, or related work Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Demonstrated safety-first mindset in shop and field environments Clear, professional communication skills with customers and teammates EPA Universal Certification and 3–5 years of HVAC/R experience strongly preferred Clean driving record and minimum age of 21 Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites Flexibility to handle changing daily priorities and seasonal overtime #StepIntoSuccess REIC Rentals does not accept solicitation from third-party recruiters or staffing agencies.
