Job Description
A leading provider of commercial HVAC services in the Lancaster area is seeking two experienced Commercial Service HVAC Technicians to join their team, delivering top-tier service to clients across Lancaster, PA.
This role requires daily travel within the Lancaster area with a company-provided vehicle and offers a first-shift schedule along with a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic evaluations, routine maintenance, and repairs on commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, split systems, and other commercial-grade equipment.
- Address service requests promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
- Collaborate with clients to identify and address needs, proposing solutions to enhance system performance and longevity.
- Complete service reports in detail and communicate findings to clients and internal teams.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work sites.
- Efficiently manage time to handle multiple service calls daily with high standards of workmanship.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC service per technician, focusing on diagnostics and repairs for complex commercial systems.
- Comprehensive understanding of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems used in commercial buildings.
- Valid driver's license and clean, insurable driving record for operating a company vehicle.
- Skilled in using modern tools and technology, including digital diagnostic tools and mobile service apps.
- Physical capability to manage HVAC service work demands, including lifting, bending, and working in varied environmental conditions.
Key Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC technical training preferred.
- EPA 608 Certification (Universal preferred) or relevant licensure as required.
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing learning in HVAC technology and industry advancements.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
