We are hiring a Commercial HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, service, and repair commercial HVAC systems. This is a great opportunity for a technician with solid hands-on experience who wants steady work, a supportive team, and the chance to continue growing in the trade.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of HVAC service experience and is comfortable troubleshooting and repairing commercial HVAC equipment. We are looking for someone who is dependable, honest, mechanically skilled, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. This role is best suited for someone who takes pride in solving problems, communicates well with customers and coworkers, and wants to be part of a company that values long-term growth over turnover.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair commercial HVAC systems and equipment
• Perform troubleshooting on electrical, mechanical, heating, and cooling issues
• Complete service calls efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship
• Communicate clearly with customers, dispatch, and the service manager
• Document work performed, parts used, and recommendations as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Represent the company professionally while working in the field
• Follow company procedures and safety standards
• Support team members as needed and contribute to a positive work environment

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HVAC service experience preferred
• Commercial HVAC experience strongly preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to repair, maintain, and diagnose HVAC systems
• Dependable, honest, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Good communication skills with customers and team members
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required
• EPA certification preferred
• Must have a strong work ethic and a willingness to continue learning
