Commercial HVAC Service Technician
$40-50/Hour + Take-Home Vehicle

What You'll Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment
- Service rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, package units, heat pumps, boilers, and ventilation systems
- Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, airflow, controls, and mechanical issues
- Perform preventative maintenance and service agreements for commercial customers
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, sequence of operations, and technical manuals
- Inspect equipment and recommend repairs, replacements, and system improvements
- Complete detailed service documentation and job notes
- Communicate professionally with facility managers, property managers, contractors, and business owners
- Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment
- Follow all safety standards, manufacturer specifications, and applicable codes
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of commercial HVAC service experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Experience servicing:
- Rooftop Units (RTUs)
- Commercial Split Systems
- Heat Pumps
- Make-Up Air Units
- Exhaust and Ventilation Systems
- Commercial Refrigeration Equipment (preferred)
- Boilers and Hydronic Systems (preferred)
- EPA Universal Certification
- Ability to read electrical schematics and control diagrams
- Experience with low-voltage controls and commercial building systems
- Strong understanding of refrigeration cycles, airflow, and electrical diagnostics
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently
- Pride in delivering quality workmanship and professional service
