Job Description

Monday–Friday | No Travel | No Residential Work

D&L LLC is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Supervisor to support our growing operations in the Florence/Darlington area! This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who excels at troubleshooting complex mechanical systems and working on large-scale industrial equipment in a fast-paced, safety-driven environment.

This is a local position only with consistent weekday hours, no travel and no residential service calls!

Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial & industrial HVAC systems
Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) and system inspections
Service equipment such as RTUs, split systems, chillers and large-scale mechanical systems
Communicate clearly with customers and team members on findings and solutions
Accurately document service work, parts used, and recommendations
Follow all safety standards and company procedures

Requirements

5+ years of HVAC service experience preferred.
EPA Universal Certification (required)
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Experience servicing commercial or industrial HVAC systems and handling commercial HVAC service calls
Valid driver’s license (required with no DUIs in last 3 years)
Eligible to work in the United States
Supervisory or crew-lead experience is a plus.
Experience servicing boilers, cooling towers, VAV systems, or building controls is a plus.
Able to explain findings and recommendations clearly to customers is a plus.
