Job Description

Weather Engineers, Inc. is hiring hands-on problem solvers with sharp diagnostic and repair skills to become full-time Commercial HVAC Service Technicians! We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician capable of independently running larger commercial service and repair jobs, with occasional light residential and smaller commercial service work as needed. Pay: You'll earn $30.00+/hour with a $1,000 signing bonus after 90 days. We also offer end-of-year truck bonuses.

We also supply our Commercial HVAC Service Technicians with uniforms and a tool account. As for the schedule, you typically work from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm (or until daily calls are finished), Monday through Friday. ARE YOU THE RIGHT FIT?

As a Commercial HVAC Service Tech, you are at the forefront of the action! You expertly repair heating and cooling systems, seamlessly connect all the components, and ensure everything operates at peak performance. Our HVAC Service Technician completes accurate, high-quality repairs and maintenance for our clients' heating and air conditioning systems. Working on residential and commercial equipment, you inspect systems, diagnose the root cause of issues, and perform the appropriate services. As you work, you provide great customer service and comply with all building codes and quality standards.

Here's what you need to get started:

  • 5+ years of commercial service minimum
  • 2+ years of experience managing a work truck
  • HVAC certification or relevant trade school education
  • Valid and clean state driver's license
  • Ability to regularly lift and move 50+ pounds
  • Residential experience only will not meet the primary requirements of this role.
