This Commercial HVAC Technician opportunity offers the chance to work for a respected industry leader celebrating its 25th anniversary, with paid licensing support, dispatched-from-home service, and a strong reputation across commercial and industrial projects throughout Maine.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial HVAC Technician position include:

Minimum 1+ years of experience in commercial and industrial HVAC service, maintenance, and preventative maintenance
Strong troubleshooting skills in heating and air conditioning systems
Experience with commercial systems required; chiller and control systems knowledge is a plus
Valid, clean driver’s license and ability to pass a background check
Required licenses include Refrigeration Recovery, LP & Natural Gas, and Oil Burner
High school diploma with technical or trade education required
Perform commercial and some industrial service work throughout Maine on a Monday through Friday schedule from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
Participate in an on-call rotation and provide professional field service using company-provided vehicle, phone, tools, and support

Salary: $30/hr-$40/hr based on experience.
