- Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems, including boilers and chillers, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems to identify any potential issues and perform preventative maintenance.
- Diagnose and repair issues with HVAC equipment, including mechanical and electrical components.
- Provide recommendations for system improvements and upgrades to clients.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company standards, health and safety regulations, and building codes.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on each job, including any issues identified and actions taken.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering client queries and providing advice on HVAC system maintenance and operation.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a HVAC technician, with a strong focus on commercial applications.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, including boilers and chillers.
- Proven ability to install, maintain, and repair a wide range of HVAC equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and repair issues quickly and effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to clients in a clear and understandable way.
