Commercial Hvac Technician

Summary:

A well-established commercial HVAC service provider is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join their team in Riviera Beach. The company serves clients across Florida and is expanding its team.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect, diagnose, and service HVAC systems and components such as evaporator coils, condenser coils, and compressors.
• Perform routine maintenance and handle complex system repairs safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards.
• Identify and resolve issues in heating and cooling systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Document all service calls, maintenance activities, and repair work accurately and in a timely manner.
• Adhere to company safety policies and promptly report any potential hazards or incidents.
• Oversee preventative maintenance programs for designated client accounts.
• Manage tools, parts, and inventory to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
• Keep service vehicles clean, well-organized, and properly stocked.

Requirements:

• Possess a valid Florida driver"s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and trace wiring systems accurately.
• Experience with control systems or EMS is a plus, though not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college education preferred.
• Must hold a Universal EPA Certification.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Demonstrates a proactive approach to safety and workplace procedures.
