Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Commercial HVAC Technician/Installer to join our team. This role is ideal for a skilled professional with extensive hands-on experience in commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. As a technician you will be performing installations, service, maintenance, and troubleshooting of a wide range of commercial HVAC equipment, ensuring high-quality work on every job.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, service, and maintain commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, RTUs, split systems, and control systems.
- Diagnose and repair complex system issues with accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure your work meets quality and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time on job.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal HVAC codes and safety regulations.
- Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and technical expertise.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- 7-10 years HVAC with 3-4 years actual hands-on commercial HVAC experience, including extensive work with chillers, boilers, RTUs, and related systems.
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, controls, and diagnostic tools.
- EPA Universal Certification required.
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently most of the time.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $35–$45 per hour (based on experience)
