Responsibilities:

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial chillers, RTU's, boilers, and related HVAC equipment.
Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections to ensure peak system performance.
Respond to emergency service calls with speed and professionalism.
Work independently and efficiently while maintaining detailed service records.
Communicate effectively with customers and team members to explain repairs and recommend long-term solutions.
Ensure all work complies with applicable codes, safety standards, and company policies.

Qualifications:

Minimum of three (3) years of experience working on commercial chillers, boilers & RTUs
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair independently.
EPA Certification required.
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
Willingness to be part of a rotating on-call schedule, we share the load fairly so everyone gets their time off.
The ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
Solid communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude
